Repair Process:
- We will reply to the repair quote request with a description of possible repairs needed and a breakdown of their prices. We will also share our nearest appointment availability.
- Once a partial deposit to confirm the appointment is paid and the repair waiver signed, we are all set to get your device working again like new!
- Any pending issues with the repair will be discussed with you before repair's completion.
- Once the repair is complete and the remaining balance is paid the device will be back in your hands asap.
