Repair Process:
- We will reply to the repair quote request with a description of possible repairs or build specs needed and a breakdown of their prices. We will also share our nearest appointment availability.
- For repairs: Once a partial deposit to confirm the appointment is paid and the repair waiver signed, we are all set to get your device working again like new!
- For pc build services: Once payment equal to parts cost is processed, we'll get everything ordered and built to your specifications within 48 hours of the final part's arrival.
- Any pending issues with the repair or build will be discussed with you before the device's completion.
- Once the repair or build is complete and the remaining balance is paid the device will be back in your hands asap.
