1.  We will reply to the repair quote request with a description of possible repairs needed and a breakdown of their prices. We will also share our nearest appointment availability.
2. Once a partial deposit to confirm the appointment is paid and the repair waiver signed, we are all set to get your device working again like new!
3. Any pending issues with the repair will be discussed with you before repair's completion.
4. Once the repair is complete and the remaining balance is paid the device will be back in your hands asap.
